Cha…..This room's getting lonely
Ok so mine was ordered 10/13Hello Class #2402!!!
That appears to be the batch # for those of us stuck in production!
So if anyone else has been stuck “in production” this is our thread till they move on and out of the plant can post here!
I will start off:
Ordered 9/10
In Production week of 12/6
Produced Per Visibility Report on 12/10
No built or shipped notice. Still at factory
They are only telling you what it says on their visibility report. They don't know anything else and for us the Visibility didn't say why they were held up at all. My dealership kept saying the same as yours or things like "yeah it's weird"Ok so mine was ordered 10/13
Confirmed 10/21
Scheduled for production 12/6
Received “ In Production “ email on 12/8
Been stuck in production since.
Original date on bottom of Window Sticker 12/13
Today says 12/30
Batch number 1166
dealership says… it has been built, expected eta end of January ?
What is ETIS ? ECU’s ? Why do people keep saying that they check them I don’t know if they are or how to check them? I think apparently the 1166 batch is in the same boat as the 2402… Just stuck. But I see that some people are getting their trackers updated saying built, that has not happened? They are only telling you what it says on their visibility report. They don't know anything else and for us the Visibility didn't say why they were held up at all. My dealership kept saying the same as yours or things like "yeah it's weird"
That would be awesome if the dealer had that info!!!Ok so mine was ordered 10/13

Welcome to the wait Aleta! What is ETIS ? ECU’s ? Why do people keep saying that they check them I don’t know if they are or how to check them? Check tomorrow, my tracker and visibility report showed nothing yesterday. Then updated lunch time today that it has been built yesterday.Well, as night sets in the west coast going into the weekend I am going to guess I am out of luck for a build/ship this week with everyone else that had been stuck in production. The production lines start back up next week so that means the focus will go back to the line. Hopefully not leavung a few of us that did not get moved to built during the week off in limbo for an extended period of time.
28 days in production and counting…..
Me thinks I should have ordered in October rather than right after the order banks opened. LOL
So when I go here, I just see a box that says:Welcome to the wait Aleta!
Go to this website and put in your VIN and hit enter. Next to the box that appears there should be a PTI link. That is where you can see if your 7 ECUs are active and checked
https://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleRegSelector.do;jsessionid=Sl4qwF4SoWDeijq6O2ep0e4ICyGc0t45DYaAgesG.ito034594
When you see that box, you should see the link I have circled in the first pic below IF the ECUs are up and checked. So when I go here, I just see a box that says:
Outstanding Field Service Actions
No Campaign Message(s) found
We will check for outstanding service actions on your selected vehicle, using your detected country, if this is incorrect you may not see the right information.
We have detected that you are in the: United States
If this information is incorrect, click here to change your country."
Am I doing something wrong?
29 days “in production” and counting. No change….LOLCheck tomorrow, my tracker and visibility report showed nothing yesterday. Then updated lunch time today that it has been built yesterday.
