So if anyone else has been stuck “in production” this is our thread till they move on and out of the plant can post here!

I will start off:

In Production week of 12/6
Produced Per Visibility Report on 12/10

Is it a problem with CoPilot + or something?

I did notice a few days ago that the Fordpass app didn't just have the Activate Vehicle but also had an image of our build and a description.

All right! We have determined that the affected batch is #2402. Good thing is that when one of us moves to built, the rest should follow suit!!!

It was a bad batch of chips that arrived at Ford which affected BSs being built the week of 12/6. They set the cars aside and ordered new chips which then went into the cars after ours so sometime after our week the BSs were no longer affected. So we are in a la la land at the moment. Similar to the lot rot cars.

Yeah I heard it might have crossed into another week. What week was your family members build week?

It was supposed to be 12/6. Went into production on 12/13 according to the tracker. Window sticker is 12/3. ETA is 1/11/22.

Yeah but ETIS shows all tested, Visibility report shows no holds and it has made it all the way to Produced, so that doesn't make sense

Yeah I agree. Mine is all like yours. White said it was chips that affected the week. But I just cannot find any reason why ours are not moving forward. Unless it was a chip that does not affect something in the ETIS list of ECUs. There are so many damn electronics maybe something not in one of those modules? Hell if I know. Mine has been sitting in produced since 12/10 with ETIS complete on same day.

Different batch, same story.

Also, when looking at FordEtis, all 7 control modules have a "LastChecked" of 8/12/21 before I even ordered the vehicle.

It’s Day-Month-Year. They were checked on 12/8.
