Finally getting out!

Only about 4 months to have it built isn't bad from what I've seen others at. I'm expecting a 4-8 months wait at this point with my BL build. ?

Is this statement true?
If you are "Built" (as shown below) your car is not "on hold" awaiting a chip (or other part)
I was hoping this status means the vehicle could be driven onto a train.

[Updated] The dealer vehicle visibility report (VVR) shows I am luckily not on chip hold. The graphic above could mean a lot of things.
