How’s you mileage now , compared to when you first purchased. Mine is 27 highway 17.5 city hills of Pittsburgh.
I was getting 26 combined per the trip computer prior to putting in 245/65/17 tires.

Now, i’m getting 24 combined, mainly feeling the hit with city driving. I did the first oil change yesterday, so we’ll see if that helps. I know that winter blend gas also tends to hurt MPG.

Do you really think the changes in tire size affects mileage ?

For sure. Wider tires = more rolling resistance, and they weigh about 5lbs more than the OE tires.

The MPG decrease mainly seems to be in the city. Yesterday I drove 120 miles round trip. Left my house with 270 miles of range left, arrived at my destination with 255 remaining, and then ended up with 200 remaining when I got home last night.

This genuinely surprises me given the numerous posts about people having all kinds of issues with their models.
I'm not. I believe people will almost always post when they have problems--either to get help or simply just to complain--and rarely post just to say "I'm not having any problems."

With about 125000 broncos on the streets , what we see here on the forum is very minimal. No issues to report after 10 months.

Dang it, I guess you just wanted to be the exception to the rule. :bandit:

P.S. No issues for me either, but I'm not at 1000 miles on the ODO yet...

This, there are few universal truths in life, one of them is people love to complain and complain to anyone who will listen.

We also have a tendency to hear a complaint and apply it to the population as a whole, so if this one person is having an issue many more must be right?

This did make me realize how many vehicles have squeaky brakes. My co-worker's nearly brand new Chevy 1500 is eardrum-piercing when he backs up. I've never heard brakes squeak so loud, but I don't have my BS yet...

Mine is not squeaking yet. And it sat down there in Mexico in some storage lot for several months too....

Not mine lol. Current issues I have not been able to get to the dealer to have them checked out include:

-Leaking rear diff
-Keyless no longer unlocks the trunk just the glass. The lights flash but thats it.
-Rear brake squeal backing up
-MFD intermittently blacking out

Have you tried this?

1. Double press the [hatch] button.
2. Lift and close the hatch
3. Single press the [lock] button.
4. Back away and re attempt to unlock-on-approach by pressing the [release] button on the hatch.

We own both and I can tell each and everyone of you bronco owners they are not even close to the same , they share some parts and electronic pieces and not much else. I have had my first edition for about 10 months now and absolutely not one complaint and we have owned are 2017 escape since new in 2017 without any complaints .
