They probably just forgot to attach your email to the order. Call your salesperson and they should be able to forward it to you.I emailed them but haven't heard back yet, also talked to the Ford Twitter folks to see if there was anyone on their end that could see it and just say "hey yeah we got it" or whatever. Trying to not be anxious about it all, but this is my first time ordering vs picking off the lot so have no experience doing it this way.
