How would you compare your new bronco with your Jeep Wrangler?
It’s different for sure. I had a pretty base model of the wrangler. They were just as hard to find 4 doors as the bronco is now. I settled for pretty much no options. This is a HUGE upgrade. I feel like the ride is pretty similar (both off roading vehicles). I have a BL and I can feel the 2.0, way more get up and go. It sits lower, which I’m having a difficult time getting used to. I feel more like I’m in a high sitting car than an SUV. Overall, I like it and super happy.

I have 5,500+ on my BS BL. My wife and I noticed an exhaust smell today during some stop-and-go driving on a crowded expressway. Thought it was just traffic. Later, on the way home in free-flowing traffic at highway speeds we noticed it again. Hmmmmm

just took the kids for a test drive in a big bend with 24 miles on it. After some neighborhood turns and a mile on the expressway we could smell that sweet fluid/sticker smell from stuff heating up. I could see the decal on the muffler as it turned a golden brown, I'm sure it's normal for the first few weeks.
That reminds me of the time I was driving and picked up a plastic grocery bag on my exhaust. It melted of course. smoked, stunk and was a pain to clean up. It eventually all burned off.

On new cars some smells are coatings, etc especially on the muffler area and are normal as the car goes through its first miles.

Had it less than a week. At about 200 miles we started to notice it. Actually it got to where you could not ignore it and had to put the windows down.

It's like a burning sulfur smell that is very irritating.

Today now at 400 miles it was a little here and there. However, today I was driving for mpg and not digging into the throttle. Got 27+ on the back roads in the country.

This reminds me of my 2015 Explorer that Ford never fixed. I hope it just goes away...

Chances are it's stuff burning off of the exhaust. Mine did this for the first week or so, but only when it got nice and hot.

I'm at 500 miles now and it's gone.
Anything coming from or off the exhaust should not be making its way into the cabin. If it is you should stop driving the car immediately and have it tested for carbon monoxide poisoning.
