I just spoke to a sales manager at the dealership AGAIN.
They still have zero information for me that I couldn't gather on my own from the order tracking website. The guy was mystified that your dealer could give you that much info on the location of the vehicle.
They have been utterly worthless throughout the entire process. What a fucking waste of time.

What was your ship date? Mine was 12/15 and dealer says mine would be here 23-29th. I'm in SC so I wondered if mine might be on the same train?
I've been putting in random VIN numbers from dealers' websites of vehicles that got delivered and seeing their transit time. I've been seeing 13 days for the west coast and 20ish days to the east coast. I bet it gets delivered Monday and you will be driving it home on Tuesday.
Well I have a total different issue. I was told a VIN number and up till Last week, I was able to pull up information on that showing my name and build date which was february 8th with an order date of August 25th. Now today the VIN is invalid and cannot be retrieved. Figure this one out!

There was a train derailment in Roanoke, VA five days ago. Not saying you BS was on it but it is in the area.

When I worked near the Port of Long Beach years ago you would see brand new BMW's, Jaguars, Ferarris, etc. that had been damaged in transit. Even ones with minor damage were sent to be crushed. Broke my heart.
You're going to have to get your dealer to explain whatever their root access to Ford's systems are. What is this wizardry?

Don't Hope for the best. My dealer couldn't even figure out my Vin Number. I was able to figure out the VIN number by searching on their incoming inventory list. In which I learned they never pushed through the correct Exterior, Interior, and options.
