The ford dealers are useless. My dealer hasn’t responded to me since placing the order back in August and that too was after I walked in to force him to do something.
I just gave them the reservation number. I did have the order number as my dealer sent me the pdf copy of the order confirmation in the very beginning showing the four digit customer number in the corner, apparently that is the order number with Ford.
I know what you are saying. I got the VIN number by calling Ford directly as my dealer was useless. At least the order is correct. As far as when it actually shows up at the dealership, it’s anyone’s guess at this point.
Well I have a total different issue. I was told a VIN number and up till Last week, I was able to pull up information on that showing my name and build date which was february 8th with an order date of August 25th. Now today the VIN is invalid and cannot be retrieved. Figure this one out!
I would love to know about the space in the back seat. I am a tall guy so normally I push my driving seat all the way back so wanted to know if that makes the guy sitting behind uncomfortable or cramped up.

I ordered Badlands with Badlands package. The only thing which might be different is that I ordered Grey roof as opposed to standard black. My dealer is horrible they are not really responsive, to get answers is like pulling teeth.

After placing the order, I received the email from Ford like everyone else so no issues there, however when I logon to the website, it shows me that the order has been placed but it says in store order and to contact the dealer. Is it normal?
