This is a question I've been asking for quite some time. No one--least of all lift kit suppliers--seems to have an answer backed with data. There are lots of opinions, and anecdotal evidence, but little data. For a clue, we can note that Ford added only .5" to the ground clearance on the 2025 Badlands Sasquatch. I would consider that the de facto limit on the CV joints.

So the 2025 Sasquatch Package is 0.5" over the Standard Badlands?

That's both Front and Back?

What is the the Standard Badlands over the other models then?

Thanks!

Pre-2025 Badlands have 8.8 inches vs 7.8 for other trims. Half an inch of that is taller tires, the other half is taller springs.

We just purchased a 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands (non-Sasquatch) and I just measured the fender to ground on the front and the same on the back. I get 32" for the front and 33.5" in the back. I would like to raise the front 1-1/2" and I think 1/2" in the rear. Is this something anyone else has done here and is there a recommended lift kit?

So Rough County tells me their 1-1/2" lift kit does not fit my 2025 Badlands, that Ford already put a lift kit in the badlands...Is that right?

There no factory lift kit in the '25 Badlands; it's got a suspension lift over other trims. Sasquatch adds additional suspension lift to that, but again, no lift kit per se.

HRG has lift kits that do fit the Badlands trim (1.5" & 2.5") and Sasquatch package (1.5" only): https://hrgoffroad.com/?s=&ymm_search=1&post_type=product&_make=Ford&_model=Bronco Sport&_year=2025

Talking with Rough Country the 2025 Badlands use different struts and provide 1" of lift over the standard struts used on Big Bends & Outer Banks. The spacers will not fit the bolt pattern of the badlands struts. Looks like HRG is it. Anyone know of 1" front leveling spacers for the Badlands?
