I do it myself. This feature may be cool to have, but the problem w/electronics and these computerized automatic transmissions, when they fail, they do so w/o warning, and w/them goes the entire transmission.

I agree. Ford does offer the Black Diamond Off-Road Package on their 2023 Outer Banks, which includes an Underbody Protection, but I haven't seen any pictures of it. If it is made up of true Steel Bash Plates, then it would be nice to offer it as a Kit for the other models, especially the Badlands.

Maybe eBay perhaps or a junk yard, for a used one. Ford's not offering them new anymore.

Driving locally, w/my 2.0L 4 cylinder, my mileage, using the winter grade fuel, was around 17.3 mpg, where now it just shot up to around 20.3, so the summer grade fuel must be now available.
