Whats your take on the Rough Country kit ?
Reviews I've read have all been positive.
For a complete suspension change over its a good deal.

It’s definitely a good bang for the buck if you're after a simple suspension lift and not doing anything too wild. That said, I’ve noticed that the sway bar end links still fall out of tension no matter how long you make them. You’ll have to get under there from time to time to re-tighten things.

If you're going full suspension swap, it might be worth looking into higher-end kits down the line—but for the price point, RC does the job. Just keep in mind it’s more of a budget option, and some shops (and even insurance companies) don’t love RC due to frame modifications needed on certain vehicles. Not a dealbreaker for everyone, just something to be aware of.

Do you have a name? I was looking for a full quality suspension swap for the badland sasquatch and I can't find much for the Bronco Sport it's all for the big bronco

I misread you, thinking there was a better alternative to RC for a full swap. What about Flatout suspension? GR40s?
They’re basically the only other name in Bronco sport suspension; pricy, but pretty damn legit. I really like the stock badlands HOSS, but that extra 2 inches of flex is very tempting on its own

Another option, Bilstein has a 1.25 inch lift for the Sport. The front uses replacement struts with the stock springs, the rear uses the stock springs with spring spacers and trailing arm spacers with replacement Bilstein shocks.

You think it's compatible with hoss 3?

With these Lift Kits, does it affect the CV joints?

What's the maximum which the Bronco Sport can be lifted w/o damaging the CVs?

I'm looking at the Rough Country, but I was told that they don't fit on the Badlands.

Thanks!

This is a question I've been asking for quite some time. No one--least of all lift kit suppliers--seems to have an answer backed with data. There are lots of opinions, and anecdotal evidence, but little data. For a clue, we can note that Ford added only .5" to the ground clearance on the 2025 Badlands Sasquatch. I would consider that the de facto limit on the CV joints.
