Made it up to Deer Park this week. [Expletive] that road.

Beautiful view from my campsite.

I went up there for night photography. It's not quite as dark as Hurricane Ridge.

So. Hijack/.off topic. Has PNW truly fallen prey to epidemic or is that isolated to a few clusters in the big city? Looks beautiful but horror stories of the encampments and opioids paint a terrible picture.

Seattle and Portland are auditioning to be in dystopian sci-fi movies. Out in the sticks with the hicks it's the standard meth fueled sadness that is present everywhere in the nation. So basically human nature still applies here. Scenery is still great though.

Dustin and I will stay out in the sticks. Where we can wave to each other as we pass going in opposite directions down a little two lane state highway. Although I picked up my new ride Monday, so he may not recognize the ride anymore. ? Pictures should be here by Wednesday.

As an FYI, West Hills Ford, in Bremerton, had a MY23 Bronco Sport Badlands on the lot Friday. Atlas blue w/Atlas blue roof, premium package, Cargo Management system, Tow package, Co-pilot+, power moon roof and 235 Wildpeaks. If you’re interested, call first. It may have been sold over the weekend.

I'm open to anywhere, so the Olympics would be cool. It's always deceiving as to when the trails are accessible again, I did find some good Forest Service roads that led to some nice views over by Hama Hama/Lower Hood canal.

Just in case this part of the forum is still listening, and about to be new owner from Snohomish County planning to sign papers tomorrow at Bickford. Would very much enjoy connecting with others in the area. Eruption Green Outer Banks on the way.

That is close by for sure ! Congrats, looks good.

I am seeing a few others in the area, would be nice to get together at some point in time.

Already thinking about a day at the Off Rodeo in Moab for next fall.

I’m digging it so far. I come from a Ford family. My mom even worked at a stealership in the ‘70’s! My third car was a ‘72 Gran Torino with a 351 Cleveland and a Holley 4-banger in it, then I had a ‘88 Bronco II, a ‘99 2-door Explorer Sport, a ‘16 F-150, and a ‘19 4-door explorer with the Sport package. Kinda feels like “home” to be back in a Ford again. I was looking at them for my 17 year old, and I liked what I saw so much I traded in my ‘20 MB C300 4Matic for the BS!
