When I test-drove a '24 Badlands, I did notice a surprising truck-like quality (which is a good thing, IMHO). Had a more body-on-frame feel than I would have imagined possible. Given my ordered '25 is a Sasquatch, I'm going to venture that'll be a bit more pronounced.

As far as road noise, I'm not concerned. I used to have a Toyota p/u running Dick Cepek's (pre-Mickey Thompson) with essentially zero sound insulation and it never bothered me. Given the Badlands Tech Package includes the noise reduction module, it'll likely be even less of an issue.

Since I'm intending much more off-road mileage going forward, maybe KO3's when it's time to replace the shoes?
Like I've said b4, if you want quiet so much, get a Prius, not an SUV/Truck!

Never said I want quiet. I also don’t choose tires (or anything else) for cred or cool. It’s all a value/utility call. In point of fact, tire noise is the least important consideration for my needs. I only addressed it as part of a broader discussion in tire selection.

I was only happy that the tires I got were very quiet as I commute on the highway for 2 hours every day. that was a bonus I didn't expect them to be and I wasn't looking for that. I was looking for a good traction all weather capable tire that had the winter snowflake so I wouldn't have to change tires over twice a year.
