Coolant Loss

We bought 2024 at the end of June and had to have a new water pump at the beginning of July. Since then the vehicle continues to overheat and after multiple visits to dealer they have still not resolved. I am now going daily to have the fluid topped off. Second dealer can get me in at the end of next week. Ford has given us complete run around and don’t seem to have any concern for the customer. Has anyone else had something similar ? Our concern is where is it going if it’s not leaking onto the ground and how does that affect us going forward? Any ideas would be appreciate.

Check your lemon laws. If it isn't dripping, I think it has to be going into you cylinders or your oil. Check you oil dipstick for foam or coolant residue.

Check your lemon laws. If it isn't dripping, I think it has to be going into you cylinders or your oil. Check you oil dipstick for foam or coolant residue.
Thank you! We have contacted them about buying back. Our lemon law says 3 attempts to repair and unfortunately the local dealer who’s had it 3 times has only turned in 1 visit. We are trapped between dealer and Ford here.

Good afternoon. I would like to take a closer look at your Bronco's coolant issues. To get things started, could you please send over a message with your VIN and the name/location of the Ford dealer you are currently working with?
What you can see from dealer is not all the visits we have made. as Of Friday conversation with your supervisor the dealer had turned in paperwork for only one visit and it has been there 3 to date for a total of 8 days. So reviewing will do nothing for us

Our BS is now at dealer for the 4th time to repair thanks to contacting our local state representative we got amazing action. They still did not find exact cause of the coolant loss. They scoped the cylinders and didn’t find antifreeze, checked oil for antifreeze and the exhaust and didn’t not find anything. They are surmising that it has to be the check valve in radiator connection hose to the reservoir- has anyone else had something like this?

I have copies of 2 of 3 visits. They combined visit 2 and 3 on one ticket. When I checked with corporate Ford as of yesterday the dealer only submitted the initial attempt to repair not the next 2 and it’s in for#4 now.Depending on the day we get a different message about what we need to file for buy back. They tell us there’s no official list of steps they can provide us so how do we know if we are following the process.

Ask the dealership for the phone number of the regional service rep. They have to provide it to you when asked. Then call them and explain your situation. Ask the regional service rep to take over.

Thank you for suggestion- when we pick it up will ask. It’s super frustrating that is a brand new vehicle and you get such a run around. Everyone seems to be hiding behind a lawyer instead of just making something right. Appreciate you chiming in with that advise
