If you have another make of vehicle, I'd like to see what those apps provide also.
OK, I'll bite. Here are a few screenshots from the MyHyundai app:

In another thread sorta relating to this topic, my wife checked her iOS version and the Ford app. Both were up to date. yet, she no longer sees the maintenance report on her phone.

Related or perhaps not, we also noticed the other day that we no longer experience the "vehicle drift", meaning the steering wheel no longer vibrates if the BS drifts off to the right/left.

There seems to still be features missing from the new app like the list of current warranties you have on the car like the manufacturer warranty and the extended and extra Ford warranties. I hope they are added soon.

As far as the "vehicle drift" I was actually out today in my BS and purposely drove to the edge of the lane to activate lane keep (not the adaptive cruise control) I thought that the vibration was barely noticeable and I wasn't sure the vehicle would steer back towards the center of the lane. Maybe wasn't over the line enough but I checked the settings and mine is set to Alert + Aid and High Alert intensity.

Ford did produce a FordPass user manual, but I don't believe it was intended for public release.

Good detective work!! I corrected my post to remove my incorrect statement and to add your link. Thanks for posting.

Btw I didn’t see a date the document was created did you? It does show 2017 vehicles for example. (And features like ParkWhiz I think were removed awhile ago)
Does not seem to be for the current App version.

No, it's absolutely not up-to-date, which is why I said in my earlier post that I can't (yet) find a user manual for the new app.

My app (Android) doesn't show my vehicle's proper location. It did before...
Try taking the vehicle for a drive where you are sure have good GPS Signal and your Google Maps works

Bring up the FordPass app, click on Location. Find the two small icons lower right that look like the pic. Click on the car icon to locate your vehicle then click on the "circle" icon to reposition map to your location.

Some owners said they had to repeat this procedure on a few drives. If Google maps works, since FordPass App v5.0.x uses Google Maps then location should work on FordPass App.

But other owners said they needed to uninstall and reinstall the App so you can try that too if the above doesn’t work

Let me know if neither of these works and will provide another option.

Thank you. I went for a drive around the block and tried to do your suggestion with the icons and map. On the street it still did not show vehicle location. Only showed the location of my phone (the "circle icon"). But after returning to my parking spot I checked it again and this time it showed the proper location. I hope it stays that way. I don't know what or why this happened, how it lost the ability to show the location for a while...?

FordPass Community did not have an answer to that yet. You can create an account there and add a chat with your location feedback.

(Btw the issue occurs for iPhone users and Android users but not known how many are impacted by the issue)
