I have found a couple causes of rattling in my bsbb.
1. In some cases the rear seat does not latch properly with the belt getting caught in the latch
2. Heat, I have noticed some of the dash/door plastics rub against each other when warm, fades after air-conditioning has been on
3. Loose clips or bolts, it doesn't matter if the piece feels secure, it is still possible that a clip is not in place and is rubbing/moving creating noise
4. Vehicle twist, remember the bs is a unibody, it twists, so parts can rub when you go over bumps

These are the things I've found so far

When I rest my arm on the door, I notice a click sound of the plastic, but no rattles

Gotta chime in and say I also have a rattle that seemed like the driver side B pillar. But when I reach back and hold the rear passenger door panel it quiets down. I haven't had the time or weather to do it, but my bet is going to go down on a speaker mount. Pulling the door panel isn't too rough of a job. No more difficult than convincing a dealer to do it as a warranty item. YMMV. But I would suggest checking that out if you hit a wall at Ford.

Yeah I think taking the door panel off is the best option but I have no idea how to do that and I don’t want to make it worse. I am not very savvy with cars.

Maybe you can find a friend to assist or there must exist a youtube of someone doing it.

The panel is held on by 7mm screws at the bottom and some plastic spikes that poke into the door metal. You need a trim tool (a plastic crowbar) to put behind it and pop the retainers out (I haven't taken the panel off the rear thpugh). There will be some wiring to mind like the window and door locks so you can't just drop it but there is a connector to unplug and then you can set it aside and look around in there. To remount it, you set it in place and a good thump with the palm at the connector points will reattach them. If you can get them to warranty it though, you might take that route.

Hello,
I have a 23 Bronco sport big bend.
I have been having some issues with a rattling noise coming from the front driver and passenger side doors. I notice it when driving at any speed, going over bumps, or when the music has bass in it. When it starts to rattle I can push my arm against the door and it helps but doesn’t take it away. It is not super loud but more annoying and irritating.
Also the back drive side door has started to rattle and when it push on the plastic where the widow button it seems loose and makes a similar noise.
I have takin it in twice to a dealership and they said they could not duplicate the noise and there was nothing they could do. The one dealer said to just turn my music up. And the other dealer said these cars are just cheaply made. I’m like great.

I don’t know if there is loose plastic or just the door panel vibrating but I notice it all the time. Please let me know if you have had similar issues and if you can fix it.
My 21 FE has rattling in both front door speaker housings. When I tap the speaker grill it rattles.

Yup I have the same problem, had to have them replaced and I asked why they were like that and was also told cheap plastics. Not a very good answer from your own dealership that they know Ford cheaped out on things. Also the new door panels are doing the same thing, probably gonna be a never ending battle with them.
