Ok ... finally had my BS one year and something isn't working, but it's probably a simple fix ... I hope!
*MY fluid reservoir was empty prior to having 3 days of a hard freeze here in San Antonio, Texas area. Yesterday we were in the 60s so I took the opportunity to fill my fluid reservoir. The rear is 100% functional, the front passenger's side is barely squirting water ... but the driver's side isn't squirting at all. Oh ... the pump motor sounds like it is working fine. *IDEAS, ADVICE for self diagnosis and a DIY fix??? Thanks!

My swag guess is the squirter nozzles are plugged. While my method may not be a recommended one, I've always used a tiny strand of wire to insert down the tiny hole of a nozzle to clear it.

Check to make sure the line isn't broken. One other forum member found that the fluid in the line froze, causing a break. The fluid was spraying into the engine compartment at the break.

Can you send over a message with your VIN and the name/location of your local Ford dealer? I would like to look into your spray jet concerns on my end.

Ohhhhhh ... always gotta find a "just the right size" something to go in a tiny hole. Might try it ... I'm 66 years old and that would have been my method on my older cars ... just didn't want to mess up all this computer crap on this car. Ok ... long, thin pointy wire or maybe a paperclip. Hope it works.

I have this issue on my passenger side. I've taken it off and tried poking, blasting, rinsing. I've improved it but it still doesn't go 100%. If you're under warranty, have the dealer look at it? Otherwise, the part is about $20. Less if you can sweet talk the dealer into doing you a solid. It's one of those things where the cost is less than the hassle of dropping it off so a "tech can evaluate it".

Paper clip will be way too large. If you have some 18 gauge stranded wire, use one strand.

But I agree with compressed air if you have access to it; you'll need to disconnect the rubber hose at the far end (close to the bottle) and blow towards the squirters.

Just checked while pressing control. The driver's side is bubbling and flowing under the sprayer. It got dark after errands ... will investigate more. Yep ... paperclip much too big.

But then it's still a $20 part. Or maybe $40!
THAT, I would not know, as I gave up donuts when the doc told me I had borderline type 2 diabetes.

This was when they were 5 bucks a dozon.
