Do we ever do meetups in Texas?

I recently did part of the Texas Hill Country Overland Route (here's that thread). I didn't really see anyone else out there but I have seen groups of people getting together to do a trip on YouTube.

Would anyone be interested in doing this in the future? I'm coming from the South so for me, I started off in San Marcos and went backwards from what most routes take us. I ran into a few issues along the way but I'd definitely want to do it again in the future.

I guess with us being hundreds of miles apart might make things a little difficult.

We can still probably work something out. I'm glad there's some interest in it.

Besides the Texas Hill Country Overland Route, what other areas are out there?

Just looking on AllTrails, there are a few trails around the state. I've checked on a few of them and some say they're for ATV/UTVs only, no 4x4s.

I think it’s about 3.5 hours from me but I think I can do that in a day.

Hey me too! Maybe we can do something for people down here? I've been thinking of driving down PINS but not sure how far out. I did 10 miles one day.

How about the week of 9/25 to do the Texas Hill Country Overland Route? I wanted to start in San Marcos and go to Marble Falls but we can go the other way too.

Would y’all do the middle of the week or weekend?
