That's a game changer. That panel just comes off with a trim tool? Then you notched the side or just left it off? Like someone else said, there's room for an aftermarket part here. Even just a replacement cover with a couple of those standardized ball mount posts so you can put anything compatible on.

I think putting a couple of RAM ball mounts would not be a bad idea.

after seeing this removal, I figured I could build something stable from the screen mounts and use the cheap Amazon aftermarket cover to clean up the space. Just notched through it.

Went to Discount Tire and ordered 5 of the Falken AT3W today, they gave me credit for my factory 235 Pirellis so that was nice. Can’t wait to get them installed but that won’t be until next Saturday as I leave on a work trip tomorrow. Also ordered several accessories for the inside and out.

Gotta admit I'm jealous of those graphics. I suppose I should get busy with the cricut.

Other than the floor mats and cargo area mat I haven't made any additions to my Bronco. Is there something wrong with me that I just love it the way it is?

You should! Adding a little something helps to break up the "WHAM" of the Velocity Blue. I'm keeping a simple and clean blue and white build. Only thing I'm planning to accent with a bit more color are the tow hooks. The ones already on the vehicle complete all the graphics I planned on adding so I don't make it too busy.

Still have mud flaps, LED Bronco lettering, cross bars, and LED side turn signals to install. Getting there.

Let’s just get you back into this nice white jacket with the extra long arms and then you can rest in the nice soft room with the pillow walls. :giggle:

I popped mine off this morning. The center screw (M5-.8) is pretty deep under the cover. looks like if you did a 1 inch ball that has the 1/4-20 tapped hole, you could just drill a hole in the cover and add a black fender washer on the outside and a 1/4-20 bolt and fender washer from the inside. The 3 inch B clamp puts my GPS right above the center screen. I might see what I can do to make a part that mounts directly to the center mount to make it more rigid.
