You might be right. He sounded pretty positive that Sunday will be my day, so I suppose there's nothing to do except wait and see.

I have a feeling that dealer allocation plays a significant role in shipping time.

You will have to let the forum know what you find out. I’d be skeptical that it’s an allocation issue at this point. I can’t see them buidling it specifically for you then hold it back because your dealer doesn’t have an allocation. Now, if they scheduled and built it for a customer of a dealer that had more allocations, I’d buy that. But once it’s built, assuming it had all its parts, the allocation river already went over the falls. The caveat could be another dealers customer needed your moon roof, but I doubt that. I think Eric is getting his from a big dealer and his is waiting as well.

The other thing that makes me skeptical is that we see the “other vehicles in this status” number changing just a little bit day to day. I think it was about 50 after mine was built and that number has been up some, then down a little, then up more ……. Now it seems to be around 70.

This smells like the same issue that happened to the ones built on the 4th of July. Took a month to find out they were missing a chip or two.

That is the other suspicious thing about your Ford Chat rep, the date he gave is a Sunday. We all know the factory is closed on Sunday. Maybe it’s not completely closed and shipping still happens on Sunday but I guess we will know better today.

Hey all! Been monitoring these forums for months now but just now making a post lol. Ordered 5-2 and was built 8-27 but hasn't shipped. Estimated delivery date was by 9-15, and we've obviously passed that. I reached out to ford because my tracker hasn't been loading and I now just have a pending delivery time frame : ( And every time I contact ford they tell me it's in a different city in Mexico... lost on this entire process but I'm really hoping we get at least some info this week!

I was just reading about a similar shipping issue on the F-150 thread and noticed a similarity. My window sticker originally had a date of 8/31/22 along the very bottom. Just pulled up the sticker from the tracker and when I looked this time, that date is gone. Could that have been the intended ship date which was missed since I wasn't built until 9/1?

This is what I was told today on Ford Chat. So my ETA went from between 9/28-10/4 to 10/26. Hopefully it doesn't change again. I'd like to drive my "new 2022 Bronco Sport!" while it's still 2022. Unsure why it needed to be "re-released", wonder what happened the first time it was released. Anyway, I'm hoping if it was re-released on 9/17 it will ship out in the next day or two. Not holding my breath.

No one on this thread has had their car shipped yet. Sadly, we wouldn't know. I've been waiting for over 3 weeks since my car was built just to be shipped. You could check out the Waiting Room thread and ask there.
