A slight rattle in the driver B-Pillar sounds like something in the seat belt mechanism, super slight but things like that bug me so I'm hyper-aware of them. Louder more annoying rattle on the passenger side near the roof. I noticed the "oh sh*t" handle was loose so hopefully torquing down those bolts will solve it. If not it's likely in the sunroof.

This is what I think is happening. If they failed quality checks they could be waiting on techs to diagnose and correct. Probably different techs for different system issues. Waiting to get through them all takes time.

I’ve learned it will happen on Ford’s schedule with no explanation at any point in the process. The visibility report is your best source of information, however it is not always accurate. The not knowing is way worse than the waiting. I think we all breathers a collective sigh of relief when we found out about the chip hold. It wasn’t what we wanted to hear, but at least we knew what the problem was. I know it doesn’t help much, but I can assure you it will be worth it when you take possession.

My 2022 arrived (April 2022) without the passenger side under dash panel. It was on back order until middle of May. Service ordered it for as a warranty item. Production may have not kept up with install numbers. I have the hood liner, but I read, here in the forum somewhere, that this item is also on back order. Maybe your dealer can order both under warranty. I know nothing about wrinkles in rubber flooring, but I can say mine were filthy, even after dealer prep. The dirt made it look like creases or wrinkles. Once I gave it a decent cleaning the interior is now all one color.

Hmmmm… maybe only for Badlands? Tho still not labeled but has buttons to lock the center and rear differentials.Just curious, I thought the GOAT mode dial was labeled…
I think none of these rotating dial has mechanical contacts anymore. They rotate in a direction which your screen shows the selection. Just like the headlight dial. If you rotate to turn off the head light and then turn off the car. Next time you turn on the car, is goes back to auto setting which probably is default.
