I just saw this after I chatted with Ford. They said that is in Nogales, AZ still. She could help me more once I get a rail car number assigned. I assumed it already had one, but maybe they get numbers reassigned at each stop?

You should just have one railcar number I think. I have been following mine since last Tuesday.

273 days later, she’s mine. It’s honestly surreal. Still excited to see all the deliveries from the rest of our support group here!

Wow. It only took 2 weeks to get to the dealer? That is fast. Hoping mine is too. Mine is in Kansas City now and needs to get to Minnesota before this possible strike. ? yours is a beauty!

Please look at the rubber flooring as it curves up to the passenger door near the front please. If it is wrinkled badly would you ask if they can fix it? Also a panel.misding under the glovebox.

Yes, when I call Ford they say it’s built but they don’t know why it doesn’t show built. I doubt it’s a chip hold because there have been Bronco Sports that have the exact same options as mine, and built after mine that have already shipped.

That means nothing, we all had plenty with same options built and shipped after ours were on hold. Ford said no issues for a month and then said there was a chip hold.

This is exactly what I was about to say. I ordered in February and saw MANY produced and out the door with exact same options. I waited and waited and waited. I wish you luck ! I am definitely guessing Chip hold.

Another theory that was brought up to me was they pulled it for a Quality control check. That could also take 4-6 weeks to complete. I’ll know more on the 15th. I will be allowed to escalate

I didn’t notice the rubber flooring being wrinkled, but will check it out. I do think the panel under the glove box is missing. I shouldn’t be able to feel a wire/cable under there, should I? Also, there isn’t insulation under the hood, should there be?

Drove ours home 600 miles with no issues. I haven't checked to see if it's missing anything, but I have noticed some annoying interior rattles. I'll check on the panels and makes sure they're clipped in and tight but barring that it's going back to Ford to solve it. It is, however, a nice little SUV and has all the new techie stuff the lady wanted. I hope everyone who's gotten theirs is enjoying it!

I escalated and received a complaint file number. I was also promised a phone call within 24 hours. Never happened.
