Just throw a 4 foot level across. Draw a horizontal line with a dry erase marker to put letter straight. I would even grab a torpedo level for the vertical lines evenly spaced. Would come out good

Looks great. I think that's all anyone would need with proper.sizing and access to 3D printing with 3M adhesive.

#2 is what is used for the actual on body lettering and the files are sized for a match. (dang close, anyway)

No need to do 3D printing..All you need to do is find a sign shop that does laser cutting or CNC routing and they can cut out whatever font you want on aluminum or plastic and put an adhesive backing on it before they cut it so the letters will be ready to peel & stick on. I am sure there are shops in your area that do this. Anyone who has the technology should be able to help you layout the letters and make them.

I'd like to remove the BRONCO SPORT lettering off the badlands model I picked up and replace them with custom letters, ideally in the same script. I'm having trouble tracking down after market letters for this that aren't vinyl coverings. Do you have any suggestions? I could do vinyl at all but it would be cool to have the raised lettering.

Thanks in advance! If there's a thread about this already, please point me in the right direction. I didn't find much relevant in the search.

So all the shops I spoke with were quoting upwards of $700 to machine these due to the size and individual letters. I opted to resin print them and keep them a bit thinner than the stock letters. They finished today, I just need to clean up any leftover supports.

I'll put 3M automotive tape on them, cut to size, prime and paint in a slightly metallic white, use automotive clear coat, and then replace the stock letters. If these have trouble, well, I'll print them again.
