So it indicates my Bronco Sport is coming from Wayne, MI... Maybe that's why my order is stuck in production...

Only thing good about that . Is it's a shorter distance from my house in Michigan..Odd. See if your dealer will give you info from the VVR.
I was kinda thinking that . As the Wayne plant is closer than the rail yard... What ramp is on your window sticker.. mine is RA4GLooking at mine it has Barnes UP listed, which is the Portland Union Pacific rail yard. It may be that both of ours are listing ultimate destination rail point instead of the origination.
What is displayed on your?Odd. See if your dealer will give you info from the VVR.
RA4K. If I remember right our units are a couple hundred apart on the line...or near the line as it seems to be.I was kinda thinking that . As the Wayne plant is closer than the rail yard... What ramp is on your window sticker.. mine is RA4G
I can't get an answer from my dealership on what's on the VVR. The salesman was supposed to contact me Saturday but didn't, and I believe he's off on Sunday and Monday. The sales manager texted right after my order, and I may hit that number next and start being the annoying customer. What is displayed on your?

CSX and UP aren't the same companies. Did yours get handed off from one to the other? When I look up my ladies order on that app it shows nothing for ID or Origin. If I do a trace on the railcar using the number for UP it appears to state it has arrived at final rail destination. If I trace using CSX it shows the railcar parked in Alabama.
Basically the entire shipping tracking process is a mess and non-sensical. Aside from the different info from UP and CSX, the updates from the UP automated service says thing like "May 22nd, Gindistr. Or at least I think that's what it is saying.
Yeah as I understand it UP is West of Mississippi, CSX East. I mentioned CSX because from the visibility report it shows shipped rail with car number on May 12th, Mexico. The next entry is Arrived at Junction Point, CSX transportation, Birmingham AL May 14th. Pretty obvious that the rail car could not make it from Mexico to Alabama in two days, yet there it is on the report.CSX and UP aren't the same companies. Did yours get handed off from one to the other?
I've basically lost any hint of faith I might have had in the process at this point, and I only ordered in March. There's way too much shoulder shrugging from Ford about not knowing or being able to communicate what is actually going on. It's just a single vehicle to them (basically a rounding error), but for each customer it is an enormous purchase and the biggest deal most of us have going on.Just another example of how messed up the tracking is all around.
