So i have been having hip issues and just cant do the base model manual seat anymore.. maybe if it had lumbar.. and with the price increases over past year im not paying that much for a bs bb. So thinking of the mazda cx30 or cx50 carbon edition.. both have 8 way power driver.. and under 30 k... im trying to be more practical now a days... any suggestions on other vehicles that come with power seat for about 30 k would be helpful. Thx guys. Can always count on the forum for honest advice

The base doesn’t include the lumbar support?

Have you tried to look for a shop that does custom car seat fabrication?

Might be worth a shot unless you really want a different vehicle....

Possibility of automotive upholsterer adding one of these
Might be less costly than purchasing a new vehicle

A good buddy of mine went with a the Mazda (I think it's the CX-5?)
He test drove the Bronco Sport first, he really wanted it, but the seats were too uncomfortable for him, something about lack of thigh support, and he had that issue where he couldn't see the instrument panel that other posters have mentioned. He's a bigger guy, roughly 6'1", 200+lbs, also has some back problems. He's loves the Mazda. I've ridden in it. It's VERY comfortable.

I feel the Mazdas and the Bronco Sports are on opposite ends of the CUV spectrum . The Bronco Sport is boxy, sparse and rugged, like a little truck. The Mazda is much more refined and luxurious, more like a sports car. I love my Bronco and he loves his Mazda. Quick note: beware, the sleeker aerodynamics of the Mazda seriously cuts down on the interior cargo room.

Hope that's helpful. :)

Should be a nice car. If ever there’s a time to make a change with a vehicle that isn’t working out for you, now is the time. The way the market has been is pretty unprecedented. Anyone should take advantage while they can & swap for something that will work for them.

You should probably check Vroom, Carvana, etc to see how much they will give you for the BS. You could get more than you paid or at least as much as you paid.
