Just get an aftermarket pad and put it on there. The oem one is only a 5 watt charger anyway.

You're not really missing much, it is a low power charging pad that takes for ever and I never use it

Personally, I wish there was a way to disable it so I could lay my phone there and have it plugged in for CarPlay.

I second all the comments above. I literally never use it, and when I do it charges my phone 1% every hour if I'm lucky lol.

My charging pad worked fine with the iPhone 11 I used to have, but I got a 13 in December and the charging always gets interrupted.

I think it might be because the 13 has the Magsafe system.
