Wiper arm removal?

The driver side wiper is swinging onto the A pillar. Probably due to windshield technician not positioning it correctly. There is a nut holding it onto the shaft which I removed, but it won’t pull off. Do I need a wiper arm puller?

Thanks. I found my trusty Hazard Fright gear puller kit, was tricky to wedge in there but it worked.

Maybe too late now but I put a little anti-seize on them when I put them back on. Helps for removing in the future, if/when necessary.
