I think the scary part is that there is a high turnover rate in the Quality area, at least at the leadership level. However, it makes no difference to those of us who already own a Ford. If you were shopping for a Ford, this should concern you. It will continue to be an issue for many years to come, no matter who they put in that position. A ship that size does not change direction without extended input.

It won't happen overnight. Quality haunts all brands but Ford seems to lead the pack lately.
Not sure if a Ford will be my next car down the road. I've owned quite a few but things will have to change by that point.
