Hello - We purchased a Bronco Big Bend a few weeks ago and have been trying to figure out how the remote entry works. The window sticker shows that it has it, but the fob only has lock and unlock. Did we get the wrong remote? Thank you

Go to vehicle settings on your screen under "locks", and turn on intelligent acess.

Good plan. It's a good idea to get familiar with all the on screen settings.

Remote entry is also possible via the FordPass app. To be honest, the selling dealer should have spent some time with you at delivery going over the features of your new vehicle. Perhaps a return visit would help.
