I only have 245/65/17 on mine..so you had no problems with the 245/75 rubbing?
very light rubbing at the fender pinch seam on the carpet wheel liner when turning the wheel with the HRG 1.5”lift. No turning limitations though. I plan on trimming down the pinch seam on the lower half of the seam for more clearance. No rubbing through the entire suspension cycle either.

Take care with the amount you trim and with rust proofing afterwards. The pinch welds are what hold the various parts of the unibody frame together; trim too much off and you will lose unibody rigidity. Additionally, the seams are the most likely place for water/debris intrusion of the seams between parts, which is why the factory takes special precautions with these areas. If you trim off a seam you will likely also take whatever material was added at the factory to weatherproof the seam.

I own the Titan wheel spacers as well. Fit perfectly without grinding any studs. I removed them when I increased tire size for excessive wheel well rubbing. Just sitting on the shelf collecting dust now.
Was going to list them for sale local to me as shipping would be outrageous from SoCal. Where are you located?
Do you still have these? Did you have to modify the studs at all? The 245/75s were rubbing? was it just at the very max turn?

I have the spacers but removed them when I increased tire size. Front tires rub on the fiber wheel liner slightly at full lock. Contemplating making a set of front wheel liners out of aluminum to take advantage of the space behind the liners. Cost cutting molded fabric crap all over BS.

245/70/17. They did not rub at all with the stock 235/65/17 tires.

For sale local to me in Temecula, CA for pickup only $75. Shipping these are expensive due to weight. I would be open to sell them if shipping is paid for USPS one rate with quoted shipping cost included.

Hay all, read, and then re-read this post and linked post. I was considering the 20mm spacers with the 245/65R17XL Falkens I have. I saw that 245/70/17 rubbed, but what about the 65s with 20mm? And did one have to trim the studs... Was considering the 20mm just to add some stability after the lift. Seems way cheaper than trying to replace the current rims with offset.

(Edit: Looks like (at least on Amazon) they only have the 25mm, also has anyone tried the BONOSS spacers? They seem fairly well built)
