Buick Regal TourX. Not a lot of wagons around! Ended renting a bronco sport during one of my work trips and really liked it. The regal was rearended so I added Bronco Sport to my vehicle search. Ended up finding a badlands with the same named package, 2.0L really fits the bill and its great for the snow.
Surprisingly the Regal Tourx has a big skid plate on the front, heavier duty than many of the Z71 trucks I had lol... also had torque vectoring diff, and a 2.0L turbo. Was perfect for send it moments over plow banks and occasional trips on dirt. Baby Bronco the perfect replacement/upgrade.

My wife traded her last convertible for our '24 Badlands, it was a '17 Buick Cascada. It only had 13,000 miles on it, and the dealer liked it so much they gave her nearly as much as we paid for it on the trade. Before that she had a 2003 Ford Thunderbird, and a Mazda MX-5.

At one point in my late teens I had a '73 Toyota Corona that I paid $47 for. It had been rear ended and the previous owner rerouted the gas intake so at gas stations it looked like I was just pouring gasoline into the trunk. The only trouble that car ever gave me was when the driveshaft fell off. I bolted it back on, and it was good to go. I sold it to a friend for $200, and later he got $500 on trade. So it actually increased in value!

My 21 Ranger Tremor. Time will tell if I made a good choice.

I've been considering a Ranger, mostly because of the bed utility. But I've gotten by for 44 years so it may not be that important.

What made you switch from the Ranger to the Bronco Sport?

Actually the Tremor was a very nice truck! When it comes to vehicles I tend to get bored and just want something different.

Getting the oil changed & tires rotated so looked at the Broncos while waiting. The Sport BL was nice so took it for a drive. Came back & did the deal..impulse LOL! So far I like it & it's the perfect size for the trails I use.

Where I'm at in Texas, there aren't many trails. I've traveled to some places but now that my OEM tires are getting a bit worn, I'm a little hesitant to be far from home on a trail and have an issue. I'll try to upgrade for the summer though!

I live in the mountains so there's plenty of off road opportunities but most of my trails are nothing more than SXS trails.

The Sport is small enough to run them where the Tremor was just a bit big. The Pirelli's have 600 miles on them & are being replaced with Falken Wildpeaks.
