Buy the other one that fits behind the touchscreen while you are ordering. You’ll want it even if you never use it. Just looks better with it there.

For me it was unique. Was at dealership picking up some parts, and a guy did not want his Outer Banks. I said I would take it. They made a good offer on my Big Bend but the dealership told me to check with Carmax because they are offering silly high prices. When Carmax offered $6800 over what I paid, I sold the BB to them and bought the OB.

That worked out swell for ya! I don’t have a problem with the OB just wish I would have calmed down and got a BL. Messaged a dealership about one and hoping to hear back if we can work out a trade.

I have a decal on back of my screen that says BUILT WILD. I am not 3m sticking anything to my dash

At idle it will be in vacuum. Even sometimes when you are driving at a constant speed, it will be in vacuum. Under load (accelerating) it will most likely go into boost.

Replaced all the speakers with PowerBass direct fit replacements.
Used the component OE65C-FD up front and coaxial OE652-FD in back. Direct fit replacements. The woofers already have the proper connector to work with the factory one, and the tweeters fit same place as the stock ones, and come with an adapter for the stock plugs. Only "issue" was that the PowerBass have a much denser foam around them than the stock speakers, so you have to squish it more when putting the door panel back on. Was a little bit of a pain on the rear doors but overall not bad.

I'm quite happy with the sound quality now. Coming from an Edge with the Sony system, the base BS stereo sounded terrible. It's not quite as good as the sony was in the Edge, but much better now.

Yeah. The stock tweeter weighed as much as the woofer portion. Cheapest stock speakers I’ve ever personally had.
