I did eventually get them and they're fine. Just paid a little more than I should have :)

Mine was a little rough re-starting some times. Made the vehicle buck a little. Also the AC compressor shuts off so it starts to get hot fast here and the engine doesn't actually stay off long. If you have it on max AC it won't shut off at all anyway.

I believe it's impossible to remove the fuse panel before the top panel? Looking at the way it's made, the top panel plugs in to the fuse cover, so the top would need to be removed first.. I think..

This is the camera sitting in passenger floor board looking forward. The plastic above the foor mat on the wall covers the fuse area. All that exposed stuff up top, shouldn't be exposed. You can see the two tabs on the fuse panel cover that interface with the missing panel.
