What color are your tail pipes? And do they show this much?

I had my BS at Ford for a rattle in, what I thought, was the right exhaust area. After picking it up, I have one chrome and one black tail pipe. And they look a little lower than normal.

What do y'all's look like? Where they chrome when new and turn black with age? My BS is a little over 2 years old.

On my '23 BB no chrome. Just short stubby end pipes that you could barely see. They did not rattle. I did however add some aftermarket extensions to dress it up a bit.

I swear the drivers side one looks bent, but it could be the way the light is hitting it.

I was thinking that too! I haven't crawled under there. I usually see it when I'm leaving work and can't really check there, then I forget by the time I get home.

Hopefully someone has a picture of their rear end when it was new.

I would like to add extensions also. Are they adjustable angled? I want the extensions to be parallel with the road, not downward slanted. Where did you get yours? Brand?

If I recall, they are short so the BS has a better departure angle. Engines that utilize direct ignition are known for black build up on the exhaust tips.

Alright, I kind of forgot about this until I was on the way to the dealership to have them install my hood protector.

I asked the service guy about it and told them I had work done around that area recently. When I got down there to look up close, it’s bent up. Maybe they dropped the exhaust or something while working on it. He’s going to have them look at it.

Hopefully they make it right. I hate that I didn’t have any pictures before.
