So far they’ve been great and quick to communicate etc. read nothing but good reviews and they specialize in overlanding/Offroad vehicles with alignment in shop. I asked what their input is on which lift to go with and here’s the convo / quote.
I try and diy everything I can but something like suspension, on a brand new vehicle, just doesn’t sit well with me to potentially endanger mine and my wife’s lives / sanity / money for damages incurred from my stupidity lol.

Labor is pricey these days, you can try calling other shops for comparisons but you seem comfortable with the shop you are currently working with which is definitely worth something. Are you going with larger tires as well at this time or do you already have them?
We'll all be waiting for your review.

Yeah and to be honest I like the idea of supporting a business as long as I’m not blatantly ripped off so just wanted to make sure that price seemed realistic. HRG has been talked about so much on forums that I had never even heard of readylift til that email. kind of leaning towards the eibachs. Hoping to set up an appointment this coming weekend I’ll keep you updated!

Also I already added the 245/65/17 k02’s so this lift should be the final piece to my puzzle of beefing this thing up a bit haha

What is their shop labor rate? $175 for an alignment seems high to me. Shouldn’t take more than an hour, which makes the labor rate $175/hr.

That’s a great question I’ll ask them tomorrow when I call! I may be wrong in saying this cause I realize everything is getting more expensive everywhere but here in the pnw it’s felt super rough but that could just be my own experience in my own bubble.

Ahh that makes sense if they are 175 than considering it’s within 20 miles of the Seattle area where everything is astronomically priced lol
I think we are even approaching 150 an hour now.

In my hood just a random price check for a 4 wheel alignment for a BS Badlands at Firestone is $109.99, that's the internet starting price for a 12000 mile 1 year alignment, the next tier is 36000 mile 3 year alignment starting from $189.99 internet price and the top tier lifetime alignment starting from $249.99 internet price.

The Op's $175.00 alignment price seems inline with what 4wd specialty shops charge, but more costly than the what typical tire/repair shops charge.

Awesome info thank you! Definitely makes me feel better about moving forward! I’m not trying to wheel and deal just making sure I’m not being taken advantage of. Much appreciated!

Quick update, Called around to 3 other shops for quotes on install and what kit they recommend. Thought it was interesting that all 3 shops recommended the ReadyLift SST kit for spacers. All 3 shops quoted about the same at around 1300 for the Readylift and around $1500 for the eibach spring lift. Including alignment and taxes.
the Eibach adds 1.7” front and 2” in rear. Next update will be a photo with what option I go with ?

I have ReadyLift, it was the recommendation of the shop I went to as well. I think another reason you’re getting that as the main go to is that a spacer lift is a bolt on, and can be removed without voiding the manufacturer warranty If needed. I believe on the spring kits because the spring is being replaced your suspension would now no longer be under warranty. Something else to possibly consider.

That’s a great point. How have u enjoyed the ready lift? Any pros/cons are helpful. But no obligation to list them out. I’ve gone down so many rabbit holes and threads on kits and it’s always about hrg vs woolworth vs R.C

I’ve enjoyed it with no complaints. The shop that put it on as well as another shop that did some other work both told me the reason they like ReadyLift is the quality of hardware they supply with the kits. Most of my off roading is beach cruising in Mustang Island and minimal mudding after rainy days so it’s done what I’ve needed it to do and I enjoy the ride.

I ended up having the Eibach spring lift https://eibach.com/product/E30-35-053-01-22 installed yesterday and I’m stoked on the results. Only driven through snow so far but the technician at the off-road shop said it was a seamless install and so far it feels great. Here’s some terrible before and afters using random photos I took for the befores. I’ll take a tape measure to it this weekend. Total cost for parts, labor and alignment was $1500
