I have had my 2022 Badlands for a few weeks now and seems there is a few intermittent noises that have appeared. I can admit I am a little o.c.d. but at first it just sounded like an intermittent rattle that seemed to be coming from the dash. There has been intermittent noises coming from a few different places but today even after I was parked it was like an electrical sound coming from the dash. Is there anyone else out there that has had any of these experiences?

I’ve heard my rear cargo floor rattle a few times, and the center rear seatbelt rattle when the windows are down and air is moving it around, but other than that I’ve not heard anything else, IIRC.

As far as electrical sounds after shutdown, this has been discussed before. The headlights have fans that will run from time to time, and there are a few checks that the vehicle does now and then (I believe one of them is a pressure test for the fuel tank).

Hi there. Can you send us a DM with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into this for you.

Mine does the same. My 22 Expedition is worse. Fans, motors, pumps starting and stopping All the time. I need to get used to it first then try to figure out what’s normal

These things are rattlers, especially when the weather heats up. I’m in the Coachella valley and when it’s over 105 I get rattles in both seatbelt housings in the b pillar, both front door panels, and I think there’s one in the dash now.
