I hate start/stop too but that's in just about any vehicle.
Although, my wife's '23 HR-V EX-L doesn't have it. Yet the other Honda's do. Very weird but we're happy.
Easy fix. Get in the habit of pressing the start button and the auto off button. Takes less than a second. Not worth thinking about. I'm a simple guy.

I do that and did the same for any vehicle I've had with that IMO stupid feature. My BS sits a lot and sometimes I forget. Especially with the HR-V not having start/stop.

I'm 80 years old and can't remember what I had for breakfast this morning....but I do remember to push the button.

A couple of things which are relatively minor. The lack of up and down adjustment on the front of the drivers seat.
And I wish like most folks the inability to turn off the start/stop function permanently. Camera's in the mirrors would be nice as well like on my F-150

I would like to see an automatic lift gate, get rid of the auto stop and I think the "rubberized" mats are more like plastic and too slippery, especially on the cargo mat and on top of the cargo management system top. I took someone's advice from this forum and stopped at Harbor Freight today and bought 2 small moving blankets. 1 for the top of the cargo mat and the other for the top of the cargo management system rack. Much better.

The sunlight on the hood hump blinding me was not good. And the Hold function and start/stop working at the same time is crazy. I like the hold option but if one is on the other should not work.

I'm satisfied with my Bl. I actually like the rotary knob over a clunky old shifter. My biggest pick is that they are still shipping units with out-dated battery technology. Ford is all in on electric vehicles to the detriment of their employees, shareholders and buyers. You'd think they could at least install a decent battery on an ICE car.

Yes, the shift set up. I'm not a fan of that either. I don't like the push buttons I had in my Ridgeline too.
Interesting how many people came from Honda to the BS.

I had an Accord, was cross-shopping an Accord, Passport, and would have the Ridgeline if I could find one I liked in the area.

It was between a Passport Elite and BS. I love the retro Bronco design. I had a Bronco II Eddie Bauer back around 1990.

I had my eye on a Passport EX-L or Touring at a Ford dealership. I looked at some Accords and Passports along the way and didn't like them. When I test drove the Passport, it was just to big of a car and just didn't feel right. The salesman asked what I thought of the Bronco Sport. I asked to test drive it and told him I'd buy it on the way back.

1) driver seat support-- I've taken half a dozen trips over 3 hours long and my heinie always complains. Almost wish I could install the 10 way adjustable seats from my 95 Explorer Sport-- they even had an adjustable bolster.

Dishonorable mentions

2) rear seats don't fold flat

3) shifter merry go round

4) I'd prefer old school parking brake
