It will likely be a wait into October/November. But the Ford email depends on the dealer. The guy I ordered with did not supply Ford with my info or email it was treated as a special order for customer. He got all the info and honestly was very upfront even emailing my VIN once it was accepted. Some dealers supply everything to Ford, some do not. Just check in with the dealer. It doesn't mean you were screwed, it could be a different process

Sorry took a while to post.....Got out of the waiting room on 6/10 after ordering on 1/23.... Cactus Gray OB w/ OB, Tow, Co=Pilot+

Few extra add-ons... textured bug deflector, window deflector, 35% Tint, Ceramic Coat, Mud Flaps, Side Door Panels, Weather-Tech Hitch Guard and a few decals....

Just installed some Hood Struts! Wow those are worth the $99 bucks and took 15 minutes to put in. Very Easy.

Should I give Ford Marketing a call and see what they say? Do they generally have more details?

if you have the time it wouldn't hurt. Being honest, everything is up in the air with chip delays. GM just dropped their wireless charging on sevral builds to try and stay ahead. Sounds like Ford is approaching things differently Not sure if that's good or bad. Hang in there, September would be very quick. They are fun to drive and worth a wait. Everyone has a different situation.

hang in there, this is the hard part. He insisted they just don't do buisness that way, once the window sticker was available sure enough my name was on the sheet. The vehicle delivered a couple weeks later than expected but with a 10 code, it was delivered. I hope you get your sport sooner than later, it's a blast to drive. Sounds like you have a dealer who operates like mine did. If you have a confirmation sheet of order it will process.

Ford Marketing calls are a crap shoot at best. The head sale manager at the dealership has access to all the same information, plus the dealership has more at stake than the person that answers the phone at marketing.

If it's any consequence. I deal in major appliances and ALL manufacturers eta's change week to week. There are no firm dates only eta's and they change often. The largest manufacturer in the U.S literally has no idea of eta's on some of their product....it's extremely frustrating but it's just the way it is.

I'd definitely give up something like the wireless charging pad to get it quicker, lol. Especially with no SYNC 4 and no wireless Android Auto.

But definitely trying to hold on! I'm fortunate enough not to *have* to have another vehicle currently but that time is starting to run out, lol.

hello patient people ? I'm new to the forum and have read all 134 pages (kidding, not really haha) and my heart goes out to everyone still waiting, frustrating indeed. I thought I would put a current order onto the thread for us newbies to the group. I ordered my BS OB w/OB package in Cactus Gray on 6/14 (incl. tow pkg, copilot assist & other accoutrements). Ordered with the expectation of a moon-roof but it wasn't available, so they dropped $500 off the OB pkg. I have not received a single email from Ford confirming my order, and realize now I will be in for quite the wait when I ordered this mid June I was hoping for a Sept/Oct arrival, but now I need to manage my expectations for a Dec/Jan arrival. At what point should I be worried I haven't heard from Ford?

You should talk to your dealer. I wonder if they even submitted your order.. When I submitted my order at my dealer, within 24 hours I had a response from Ford. Others have indicated the same thing. It wasn't a production date just a confirmation of the order.

This $1,000 Retail Order Bonus Cash incentive is a load of "BS" (does not mean Bronco Sport)......You have to place the order between 7/07 and 9/30 and must take delivery by 9/30...yeah sure...if the car ever gets delivered before 9/30.
It appears that Ford doesn't care about the people who ordered their cars Before 7/07.

I looked all over the site, and could not find this information. I even changed my zip to the one on this page and still nothing. Any ideas?

Weird, the screenshot of Ford's website I have saved and printed is this:

Only says between 4/1 and 7/6, and doesn't mention anything about having to take delivery by any time.

Update: Called the dealer, spoke to my sales rep and I have a VIN# and a build date!! Build date (or the build week as he explained) is the week of Aug 2! I have yet to receive any communication from Ford, so I need to clarify that detail with him again. He said it was fast, and that I'm likely ahead of schedule, fingers crossed?? he thinks this could be because we ordered it w/o the moonroof since we knew it wasn't an available option. Whereas they have older orders with the moonroof that they're still waiting on a supplier issue. So I'm potentially looking at Sept / Oct time frame if all goes well ?

If you get VIN and Order Number you can track the status via ford tracker.

Congrats that's awesome. Don't worry about Ford communication. I never once received email from them, they never had my info, that's just how my dealer managed it. That portion is irrelevant. If you have a VIN it's in the Ford system and being scheduled for build. Once you can see a window sticker it's on the build schedule. Guarantee the moon roof is a big part of that.
