Just noticed my order sheet doesn't include my grey roof or body color door handles. Is that normal? Waiting on a call back from my salesman.

Mine specifically calls out the gray roof as a separate line on both the order sheet like yours and the window sticker. That I’d definitely check on. I don’t see the body color door handles listed anywhere, though I know they’re supposed to come with the premium pack. Which I do see listed on your sheet, so that one may not need a specific call out.

Well, that is slightly unsettling. Dealer never called me back today to let me know if it was actually ordered.

Like @MJE said, body colored handles are standard with premium, the gray roof should be listed as a line item.

Do I have any recourse if he forgot to include it? I remember him going down the list and I said yes when he asked about the gray roof. Will he not be able to add it 3 months into waiting for scheduling?

If you're not scheduled it can be added.

My brother-in-law ordered a new Chevrolet 2500 truck. Pretty bare bones. It's been sitting at a parking lot for 3 months built. Apparently Chevrolet stacked thousands of their built trucks in the lot so his is trapped. I might win this race which is Chevy vs Ford. Keep us updated Prawn!

Turns out my dealer forgot to add the grey roof, so says Ford Chat. I'll text my salesman again once they open. Thank you guys for giving me a heads up that it should be on my order sheet.

Will adding a $0 option mess with price protection at all? Or will it continue to be the same as the day I ordered?
