The rail info does not get populated for everyone. Never did for my gals ride and still shows nothing. A few other points I will share are....
If you have issues bringing up the Ford tracker, try using the link from a previous Ford email. I have 3 emails from them with links, latest email stopped working, used the one before that and worked.
Wife got emails confirming order, build week, built, and shipped but never got the arrived at dealer email. Tracker showed it at dealer.
According to the tracker it is still at dealer for prep, she picked it up yesterday.
And a final note, don't go chasing things down too far. You will not like finding out how the sausage is made. I was able to figure out where in San Antonio the car arrived, view of the yard on map, and the name of the company contracted to run the yard. It was then that I discovered job postings for unloading the cars off the railcars..... Yeah for those worried about the dealer abusing your car, fear not! It was well abused before it ever made it to the dealer.
