The only things that were added on were the maintenance package (that I intended to get anyway) and that stupid "accessories" package that the do as part of the PDI. I got the floor mats, cargo area mat, and the dorky accessory pack.

Curious why anyone would pay a dealership $10.00 to install something that has a handle on it? Or a first aid kit? Makes no sense.

The dealer I ordered with mandates ceramic tint (ok with that), N2 in tires (ok with that) and some paint protection ( not ok) but nothing I can do about it….

They did the N2 and paint protection before I even got there, which is BS and the reason I was told to calm down. I got the accessories I wanted out of them for it.

So the real conundrum is the survey coming comes from Ford, and they begged for 5 stars, which they did not earn. Not even close. That "accessories" charge was the final straw. But, I got the maintenance package, and unless I want to drive over an hour to get an oil change or go to the place that told me "you're not even a customer" 29 years ago I have to go back to this dealership. I really don't want to burn any bridges.
