Ye
You have an issue. We are asking questions to help solve your issue.

If we do not know the current Build of SYNC 3.4, then we are just wasting our time.
I thought I've said it has the newest update. When it was at my Ford dealership they checked that as well. I was able to show the technician the issue when I came to pick it up. He said he couldn't replicate it in the shop. Even the tech said the amount of technical issues with sync is crazy right now. He said there is talk of a massive update but he's not sure if it's true.

Because a few dozen before you said they had the ā€œlatestā€ but turned out to be SYNC 3.4.22251 with all its known issues. Wasted quite of abit of people’s time on this forum.

But if you would rather keep the sync version confidential that’s fine

And I’m guessing that your Tech is referring to Sync 4 not Sync 3.4, Sync 4 does have many known issues and Ford is working on the next Sync 4 update

However ā€˜21-ā€˜24 Bronco Sports are on Sync 3.4, it’s fairly stable at 23188 but typically there will be another Sync 3.4 update in 3Q

Just because your tech says it's up-to-date doesn't mean it's actually up-to-date. Some owners have reported their systems as "up-to-date" only to find after the fact that the version installed was not the latest. If you would simply state the version number installed in your system you could quash all doubt.

Please go back in the posts and read what I've wrote. Thank you.

Why the refusal to tell us the Build of SYNC 3.4 you are running?

Something is fishy about this entire conversation.

As stated 23188 is the latest build and that's what I have. What is wrong with everyone probing? I'm trying to figure out a damn solution for something that's been bugging me since I bought my Bronco used. So far all other issues have been fixed by Ford.

That was the first time in all this that you actually stated you have 23188 and not just "I have the latest build". As mentioned by others, there have been numerous times folks have stated they "had the latest" and it turned out they did not. Cheers!

There is something insane about the 2021 bronco sport. My brother never bothers himself, He always have to use the Bluetooth all the time.
Yes all that has been done. I can play usb music on a 12 year old deck with no issues but a 2021 bronco sport can't? Something wrong here.
