Upgraded Tires, What To Do With The Spare?

Those of you that have upgraded tires to a bigger size, what have you done with the larger spare that doesn't fit in the spare tire location?

You can fit a 245/65/17 (or equivalent) in the spare tire well, if you remove some of the carpet pad. You can see what to do in my thread here.

Several people have purchased hitch mounted carriers. Also, most sizes that fit in the wheel wells will still fit inside the spare well with little or no modifications.
