Hey, all. I have a 24 Big Bend I purchased in June. The Abridged version of my story is having vibration while accelerating. Mine was said to have four bad tires coming off the lot. I had them changed, balanced, and aligned. I still get a vibration so I'm sure it's not the tires. I also hear a deep muted thump which sounds like it's coming from the rear. I really start to hear and feel it at 45 plus mph. The dealership supposedly ran some vibration test and found nothing, but it's still very apparent when I'm driving. Has anyone else had issues like this that were successfully diagnosed? If so, what was it? Perhaps the drive shaft? Thanks.

Hi there, Chris. Go ahead and send us a private message with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer, and I’ll look into this vibration concern.

The Big Bend has a known problem with 'lugging' when you cruise at about 40 mph (and about 1500 rpm). It may be experienced as vibration or juddering. It sounds like this could be what you are describing. I have a 2022 model with this problem. It feels like the vehicle is under-powered and wants to change down a gear but can't. If you drive it in Sport mode and the vibration goes away it's probably your issue. See issue SSM 49930 (attached). It may be discussed elsewhere on this forum. I've not heard of any Ford plan to rectify this.
