Underseat Storage (rear, left side) Badlands

Does anyone know what is under the left side of the rear seat in the '21 Badlands? In addition, does anyone know of any aftermarket products to make it usable space (latch)? How hard it is to get access?

Like many of you, I'm sure, interested in gaining a little underseat storage there if nothing of consequence is under there.
