Underhood insulation/cover

my bigbend doesnt have one but saw a badlands kitted with it?

Oh man, we need to find one somewhere...my rav4 has one and it did fine during the last winter and my other car just froze since it didnt have one..had to wait till the temps reached back to 50+degF before i can start the engine again

That hood pad not going to help in winter. It is for sound dampening not insulation like a winter coat.

I don't have one, don't really need one. I thought it was interesting Ford put an engine cover on the BS, but not the Ranger models unless you buy a Lariat trim package.

I am wondered if having that sound insulation and slightly extra weight pinned underneath the hood in multiple places of the BS that are being delivered without it might stiffen up the the hood a bit and help dampen the "hood shake" that some are experiencing at higher speeds?

Wont stiffen hood. But ppl have said adjust hood stops so hoods dont shake that what I read.
