Recently the link between the Ford Pass app and my 2025 BSBL SAS quit connecting. I tried updating the software on the app and then the car itself. The app was fine but the car would not update. I called Ford phone service. After working through the evaluation they said it was a hardware issue. I took it to the dealer and the determined the TCU had an error code. A new TCU was ordered which took about two weeks to get in. Today they replaced it and the issue was resolved. It was covered under warranty. I have 9500 miles on the car.
