I don't really know of anything but any time I've considered the idea of exhaust tips I remind myself that there's a reason that the factory exhaust is tucked up and out of site with nothing fancy on the muzzles. Protection and maximized departure angle. If you never plan on doing any off roading then you won't have an issue but if you do you're that much more likely to snag your tailpipes on something. Otherwise you could check with your local custom exhaust shop. They might even be able to create what you're looking for.

There is a reason why the tips are the way they are. If you have the tips stick out you hurt the approach and departure angles.

Go on Amazon, there are a lot of options a pair shouldn't cost more than $35.00. And if you want to do some serious wheeling they will come off very easily just as they go on.

I've seen the angled extensions but I think they will still have a downward bend.
