Did you correctly format flash drive?
I have a 2021 and have updated mine every time. Currently though I'm away from home and do not have my guide I follow.

Tried multiple times over multiple days / Weeks to download sync map updates, always ends up with an error, has anyone got the download to work?

What Build of SYNC 3.4 do you currently have installed?

FWIW, it is fairly easy to miss something on the instructions. Like how you move the files after downloaded before copying to the flash drive ( I’m referring to the Mac instructions). Super important to follow them exactly. Otherwise you get errors like it can’t find the files or format errors etc.
