I’ve downloaded Nav Maps update onto my own USB Drive and updated Nav that way

Is that the method you are using?

You mean you are getting errors on your computer when you download the Nav update from Fords website? If so do you have a Windows machine or a Mac (Apple)?

If its not that kind of download, can you be more specific of what download you mean and what the errors are? A screenshot would help

I downloaded the files onto a Zip drive and couldn't get it to upload to my '22 BS. I finally gave up.

The file is downloaded to your Windows device or Mac. You then copy the files, following instructions, to a properly formatted USB-A or USB-C flash drive.

Did you copy the files to the flash drive following instructions? Are you using a Windows device or a Mac?
